Moneybox is a simple and effective application to record and approve weekly timesheet totals, project expenses and fee applications.

It can be used in conjunction with Planchest's own or any 3rd party timesheet application, print accounting and other expenses systems and will provide the vertical market functionality which a popular generic accounts system such as Sage does not.

All the data collected is stored in a single 'cost event' table against project and date. A full range of useful reports is provided but the data is also highly suitable for rapid analysis by Planchest's ProjectPlan management reporting systems.

ProjectPlan requires both Planned and Actual fees and costs: Moneybox will provide the data required for Actual costs.
