PlanChest is a highly-featured database for the management of design projects
and documentation. Built in Microsoft's Access and running on SQL Server it is used
by many leading construction companies, including architects Sheppard Robson, CZWG
and Make with contractors Sir Robert McAlpine Design Group, Wates and Vector Foiltec.
Developed by architect Peter Lord in response to the complexity of many proprietary
document management systems, PlanChest has matured through extensive customer feedback
over more than ten years to provide a product combining intuitive simplicity for
the user with unparalleled flexibility for the administrator.
